Stephen and Janice Strader
Stephen and Janice have traveled the USA and the nations together. They raised four godly children. Pastored together, started multiple ministries within the church, handled Pastoral Care, started a Ministry School, hosted Outreach and Evangelism events, worked on several Church Construction projects, and hosted one the largest revival outpourings in history, together!
Apostle Stephen Strader
Stephen was born again at the age of 8 and was baptized in the Holy Spirit and called into the ministry at the age of 12. He entered the ministry at the age of 18. He married his lovely wife, Janice, in August 1977.
He worked as an associate pastor at the Carpenter’s Home Church, in Lakeland, Florida, from 1978 to 2005. Stephen’s father, Karl D. Strader, was the Senior Pastor of that church.
Stephen became the Senior Pastor of Ignited Church in 2005. Touching locally and reaching globally is his passion. In 2008, Ignited Church hosted one of the largest and historic outpourings of the Holy Spirit with crowds up to 10,000 per day, 7 days a week, for 180 days!
When Stephen began Ablaze International, he and his wife Janice travel extensively throughout the United States and internationally, igniting, fanning, and reviving revival fires, gathering the end-time harvest, and helping with humanitarian projects.
Signs and wonders, and unusual manifestations of the Holy Spirit confirm the Word preached.
His mission: spread this revival fire everywhere.
Stephen has held many extended revivals across America. He has been involved in revivals and or evangelism miracle crusades, in 25 countries, multiple times in Africa, and over 30 times in the Philippines.

Janice Strader
Janice was born again at an early age. Baptized in the Holy Spirit in High School. Met her husband, Stephen, in bible school. They were married in 1977.
Janice raised four wonderful children and home schooled them for many years. She worked on staff in multiple churches and often traveled with Stephen, ministering together as they went across the USA and Internationally.
Janice became the church administrator and lead the construction of Ignited Church in 2005. She began and gave over-site to multiple church departments and ministries.
She handled the church administration of the Lakeland Outpouring for the morning sessions, with crowds up to 1500. She grew the staff from 12 to 38, began a large bookstore, managed a commercial kitchen that served 3 meals a day, and fed the staff, worship team, and guest speakers, and daily managed 50+ volunteers.
She also has a strong prophetic gifting. She enjoys the one on one ministry, using her gifting to help people get their breakthrough.
She also has ministered in services and conferences in both the USA and internationally.
